OBLIGATORY CERTIFICATION IN UKRAINE AND IN KAZAKHSTAN

Well-known manufacturers in elaboration process of new kinds and goods and equipment, as a rule immediately plan to issue their production on different countries and regions markets.  And of course one of the most important document, which permits to issue new production kind on the market is national obligatory conformity certificate (or safety certificate). This document confirms that production has already have obligatory testing by nationally standards demands and results of obligatory certification confirms the fact that production is safe.

But baffling complexity for manufacturers is that standard demands  and obligatory certification methods are totally different for different countries. Constantly Europe has closing in process of different certification schemes and standards harmonization. This fact permits to reduce lead time of new production issuing on different countries market, and simplify procedures of conformity results of obligatory certification, which was realized in another country.

The same problems are in previous Soviet Union republics. Obligatory certification procedures in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and in Russia are completely different, and it doesn’t simply permit to accept obligatory certificates, which were issued by one of those countries.  However  standards, whereby obligatory certification in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia realizes (certification scheme UkrSepro), as a rule, are based on harmonized standards ISO, IEC and so on. That’s why our certification body  constantly increase experience, which help to simplify obligatory certification procedure in previous Soviet Union republics. 

Our certification body cooperates with obligatory certification bodies in Ukraine in the system of UkrSepro and in Kazakhstan, which permits to accept test reports of obligatory certification tests in Russian and another countries and issue obligatory certificate without  second test samples. First of all, these procedures permit to simplify obligatory certification of electrical equipment  and vehicles for communication  and information technologies equipment. It is also helps us to provide obligatory production certification fully  and the customer  gets at once obligatory Russian GOST R certificates, Telecom certificates or declaration, Hygienic certificates and obligatory Ukraine certificates of UkrSepro system and Kazakhstan certificates for their production.   

It is also necessary to understand that by obligatory production certification in Ukraine «UkrSepro» production conformity assessment  for standards from different areas can be used (safety standards, hygienic standards, telecom standards and so on.), as long as obligatory certificate blank in Ukraine is common for all certification systems.
