We suppose that the Custom Union Technical regulation (CU TR) is more complicated, probably, than was GOST R. Additionally a lot of our partners would like to know CU rules to import, customs clearance and sale electronic and telecommunication devices in 3 CU countries — Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Of course, we always answer to your letters trying to explain even more than you ask. Unfortunately the answer can be not as exact as you wait. Because the answer sometimes depends on scope of use electronic devices, approval schemes, status of applicant and many other terms.

Additionally you often mixed up a voluntary and obligatory approval suggesting that all of them are obligatory to customs clearance or sale equipment or goods on Russian or CU market. Most of your questions relate to the telecom approvals, certification or declaration schemes and factory inspections.

Now we have decided that live dialogue might be more useful to explain our technical regulations and others similar issues. That’s why we began our new program to support our customers and partners via videoconferencing facilities. You can collect all your questions and send them to us by e-mail.
