GOST R CERTIFICATE IS NOT NECESSARY

Item 5.

Commodities are subject to an obligatory GOST R certification, but have brought in isolated quantity and not intended for alienation, can be conditionally issued without GOST R certificate or conformity assessment, in the presence of the proper obligation, for the custom authority. At the decision of question about the issue of such commodities can be used elucidations, which have been given out by organization which is representative by Technical Regulation agency (GOST R agency) in Russia.

Item 8.

GOST R certification of commodities, former and in use, in the system of GOST R certification is not foreseen. The foundation for rating of commodities to the present category can be a custom inspection certificate or act, which has been made by the experts of the Commercial and industrial chamber of Russian Federation.

Item 10.

Spare parts for before brought in on custom territory of Russian Federation of the GOST R certified finished products can be issued without GOST R certificate or conformity assessment on condition to give in the custom authority the copies of GOST R certificate (conformity assessment) for the before brought in, foregoing finished products and confirmations, that these spare parts are used for making of the finished products and fixed in a designer document for this production, and also obligations about the use of spare parts exceptionally for an acquisition of the indicated, GOST R certified finished products or for their technical service and repair.

Item 11.

Commodities are the subject to an obligatory GOST R certification, but have brought in on territory of Russian Federation as a humanitarian help or technical help, can be produced without GOST R certificate or conformity assessment in the presence of the proper elucidation, which has been given out by organization which is representative by Technical Regulation agency (GOST R) in Russia.

Item 12.

Commodities, have brought in the territory of Russian Federation as parts to the production, which is produced on the territory of Russian Federation and can be produced without GOST R certification or conformity assessment in the presence of the proper elucidation, which has been given out by the organization, which is representative by Technical Regulation agency (GOST R) in Russia and obligation to give to the custom authority of GOST R certificate or conformity assessment for the prepared products to its alienation.

Item 13.

Commodities, which are brought in the address of representative offices of the foreign states and international intergovernmental organizations, are produced without GOST R certificate or conformity assessment in the condition of grant in the custom authority of obligation about their consumption exceptionally by the persons, who brings them in.
