ROSTECHNADZOR APPROVAL

Basis of industrial safety in Russia is a federal law «Industrial safety law of dangerous manufacturing entity» of the 21 of July, 1997, N 116-ФЗ. In accordance with this law, an equipment which is used on dangerous industrial objects, must go through the procedure of obligatory conformity assessment — Rostechnadzor expert examination. This procedure consists of 2 stages:

  • GOST R certification of equipment.
  • Rostechnadzor approval for the equipment use on a dangerous manufacturing entity.

Rostechnadzor is Russian federal monitoring agency, which is personally liable for industrial safety in Russian federation. Rostechnadzor issues normative acts and executes supervisions for hazardous industrial project. Our company provides complete service of Rostechnadzor approval, such as:

THE LEAD TIME OF ROSTECHNADZOR APPROVAL

As a rule, the term of execution of work for getting of Rostechnadzor approval is 2 months. In special cases the lead time may be reduced up to 1,5 months. Rostechnadzor approval is necessary for the equipment of the followings categories:

  • equipment for a production, storages, processing, transporting of hazardous substances,
  • equipment for oil and gas industries,
  • equipment, operates under high pressure and at high temperatures,
  • equipment for the metallurgy;
  • equipment for mountain and underground works.

CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT SCHEMES FOR THE GETTING ROSTECHNADZOR APPROVAL

Rostekhnadzor approval for the use of the technical devices on the dangerous objects of productions can be given for a single technical device, consignment, or for a type of technical devices. It is assumed to issue one Rostechnadzor approval for the list of identical models of technical devices of one setting.

EXPERT EXAMINATION OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY FOR THE GETTING OF ROSTECHNADZOR APPROVAL

Expert examination of industrial safety of technical devices, which are applied on the dangerous manufacturing entity, is examined in accordance with the requirements of normative documents at making of calculation term of exploitation, in default of in the technical document of information about the term of service of technical device, if the actual term of service exceeds 20 years, and also on the order of Rostekhnadzor territorial branch. The conclusion of examination of industrial safety of technical device is necessary for the getting of Rostechnadzor approval for the use on the dangerous manufacturing entity.

GOST R CERTIFICATION

Our certification body provides GOST R certification of equipment, which is used in chemical, gas and oil industry, production of use of generalmachine-building, power equipment, products of a build, transport and communal engineer. GOST R certificate is one of necessary documents for the getting of Rostechnadzor approval.
