 For a list, which is bellow, the conformity assessment is realized in the form of declaration of conformity:
- all terminal equipment, connected to the common telecommunication network of Russian Federation,
- telematic service servers,
- software and hardware integrated solution, which afford their services of mobile and internet operators (SMS, WAP, multimedia, VOIP, etc.),
- twisted pair cable, opticfibre,
- electric power equipment.
 Declaration is subject of obligatory registration in the Federal agency of telecommunication and information technologies ministry of Russian Federation.
 Only legal entity, registered as resident on territory of Russian Federation, can accept declaration.
 Our company can be declarant of your products under your authorization.

Equipment is subject of obligatory certification, if it provides following functions and services:
- switching and routing,
- digital transmission systems,
- billing services,
- control system and monitoring,
- communication equipment with radio interface,
- equipment and software for operatively-search retrieval.
Certificate period of validity, issued on the only basis of products tests in the accredited laboratory is 1 year.
Certificate period of validity, issued on the basis of products tests and quality management system audit of factory is 3 years.
A producer is under an obligation to pass inspection of the certificated products every year.
