DECLARATION

Telecommunication terminal equipment can be let out in a market only then the declaration, accepted the manufacturer of this equipment, will be registered by the Federal connection agency of Russian Federation.

Declaration is signed by a manufacturer on the basis of test protocol of the accredited laboratory, which confirms functional descriptions of goods.

GOST R
CERTIFICATION

As a rule, the power adapters, charges, and storage batteries of mobile devices, must be certificated in the system of GOST R. The mobile devices of information technologies are the subject an obligatory certification in the system of GOST R, if the voltage of their feed is higher than 40 V.

Mobile telephones, smart-phones, GSM navigators and trackers, as a rule, are not the subject an obligatory certification in the system of GOST R.

RADIO-FREQUENCY
APPROVAL

For an import and sale of any radio-electronic communication means on the territory of Russia, the special permission of territorial RFC (Radio frequency center) is required. The old name of this document is the permission of GKRCh (Radio Frequencies monitoring agency).

The company which brings radio-electronic means on the territory of Russia must get this document, and produces it at custom registration of commodities. The necessary condition of this permission receipt is a presence of this model in the list of commodities, allowed for the import on the territory of Russia.

HYGIENICAL
CERTIFICATION

Hygienical examination confirms toxicological safety of materials, from which mobile devices, and safety of physical factors are made, which can be risk factors for a man, such as the electric and magnetic fields, high-frequency radiation, acoustic characteristics of the telephone, ergonomics.
